Hosting and server logs

When you open the site, the server stores technically necessary data (IP address, time, page, browser) to keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

Booking form

If you write to us through the form, we store name, email, event, city, date, format and message to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). Only the two of us see it. We delete it once the request is done and no retention duty applies.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. Only logging into the dashboard sets a technically necessary session cookie.

SoundCloud

The SoundCloud player only loads after you click “Load SoundCloud”. Data such as your IP address is then sent to SoundCloud, also outside the EU, based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Reload the page to withdraw it.

Fonts and media

Fonts, photos and videos are hosted on our own server. No external font or image services are used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to a data protection authority.
